This medication helps in regeneration of the knee cartilage and ligament and it is not to be taken orally. It can be bought at Guardian Pharmacy or Watson at a cost of around $30.
I have been using it on and off for 2 years and it helps in the recovery of my troublesome knees.

Hmm. $30 for knee cream. Worth Investing? My left Knee is niggly too.
Worth giving it a try. It works for me and it costs much lesser than the oral medication and more effective too.
